Dai is the Founder and CEO of Infuse Life Science, a position he assumed in October 2024.
With over eight years of experience at PENTAX, Dai served as a Clinical Development Researcher and Business Development Manager, evaluating the efficacy and safety of new endoscopic products at the bedside of patients in hospitals and clinics across Asia and Africa.
From 2010 onwards, Dai focused on new product planning and R&D in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Konica Minolta. In 2017, he relocated to the USA to specialize in key opinion leader management, research group management, clinical trials, and FDA submissions for IVD Point-of-Care products.
In addition to his industry experience, Dai has contributed to local healthcare at Hackensack Meridian Health and Palisades Medical Center as a visiting researcher, gaining insights into patient experiences and the motivations behind US healthcare management. He is a chapter author of "Biomarkers for Traumatic Brain Injury" (2020) and holds a Master of Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
